SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

FREE 48 HOUR CONTACTLESS DELIVERY FOR POST CODES 6024, 6026 AND 6065

For all other areas Mango Bay Giftware ships Australia wide using Australia Post.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed within 48 hours of placing an order. This may be longer during Christmas and peak trading periods. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. Please note there may be shipping delays due to Covid-19.

TRACKING ORDERS

A Tracking Number will be provided with your email notification confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped, you can check the status of your order at any time by simply entering your tracking number in Australia Post’s website found here

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES 

Standard sized items:

Regular Post: $10  

Express Post $15

Orders above $150 = free delivery

Bulky Items:

Regular Post: $20

Express Post: $35

Orders above $200 = free delivery

Click and Collect (WA only):

Free

Local Delivery- Postcodes 6024, 6026 and 6065:

COVID 19 AND DELIVERY TIMES

While we will continue to pack and dispatch your order within 48 hours, Australia Post may experience delays. Please be patient in these uncertain times.

 

Please ensure the details you provided us upon checkout are correct. If the address provided is incorrect and the package has been returned to us, unfortunately you will have to pay the additional shipping charges for the product to be redirected back to you. 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided to us upon checkout. Delivery is to a ground floor. All parcels will be given ‘authority to leave’ unless we have been notified otherwise. Please ensure there is a safe place to deliver your parcel. Regional Australia may except slightly higher shipping costs and time frames.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

When shopping online we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase and feel good about the experience of shopping with us. If for any reason you are not pleased with the items purchased online, or if it is not what you expected, you have the option of returning the item to us for a full refund of the product price subject to the following conditions:

If you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong thing, the refund will be for the product price only and not the postage cost. We require that the item must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods.

If you post the item to us, you do so at your own expense.

Your order will be refunded once we receive the item back.

Items returned to Mango Bay Giftware must be in the exact condition we sent them out to you in. We reserve the right to refuse items that are not in their original state.

Mango Bay Giftware does not accept refunds on products unless deemed faulty or damaged. Please provide us with a photo within 2 days of receiving your product if it is faulty. 

Please note many of our items listed on our website are handmade and one of a kind. Please value their uniqueness. We do our best to photograph and describe each piece however their may be small variances in colour, texture and size due to their handmade nature. 

 No returns will be issued on cushions, hats, and earrings for hygiene purposes.
